Starting December 5th, Quicken® and QuickBooks® users will be able to make use of the new Direct Connect feature.Rio Bank is introducing Direct Connect functionality within Personal/ Business Online Banking and Cash Management for Quicken® or QuickBooks® users. With Direct Connect, Quicken® or QuickBooks® communicates directly with your accounts at Rio Bank on your behalf. You don't have to sign into Personal/Business Online Banking and/or Cash Management and manually download transactions - Quicken or QuickBooks automatically does it for you.. Existing users will need to modify their Quicken® or QuickBooks® settings to ensure the smooth data transition with the following detailed instructions:The conversion instructions reference two Action Dates.
