Located in the heart of Rio Grande Valley, the Rio Bank Event Center offers 2,920 square-feet of beautifully finished contemporary interior space accommodating 150 guests seated comfortably and 185 guests standing. The courtyard as well as the event center foyer provide ample space to host a cocktail hour prior to your reception.

Rental Pricing:
We have an array of pricing options depending on your needs and schedule. Pricing is based on an 8-hour rental window which includes: setup, event and breakdown times.
Event held on Monday through Friday, between 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | $425 per room |
Event held on Monday through Friday, starting before 8:00 a.m. or ending after 5:00 p.m. | $575 per room |
Event held on Saturday or Sunday | $805 per room |
* Can request room for more than 8 hours for an extra cost per room.
** A venue rental security deposit of $500 is required and will be refunded within a timely manner after the event is concluded. (See contract for more info)
Venue Rentals are subject to availability and may change upon Rio Bank's programming.
Vendor
We highly encourage you to cater with our vendors. Rio Bank offers a Preferred Vendor List with approved catering companies. You are not restricted to this list, however, all catering companies must be approved in advance.

Disclaimers:
- Venue rentals are subject to availability and may change upon Rio Bank’s programming.
- A $500 damage deposit is also required and will be refunded within a timely manner after event is concluded if no damage is caused during your event.
- Reservations must be made no less than 30 days in advance of the event date. A signed facility rental agreement and the down payment of one half of the agreement is required to secure dates and space. The remaining balance is due 10 days prior to the event date. Please note all rentals are subject to availability and might change upon Rio Bank’s programming.
- The Event Center features three large presentation screens in the main lounge.
Cancellation Policy
Events cancelled with at least 30 days prior to the start of the event with a written notice will be deducted $150 from the security deposit and the rest will be refunded within 14 days of receiving the written cancellation.
If you cancel less than 30 days in advance from the start of the event, the deposit won’t be refunded but the other user fees will be refunded.
